Refund policy

We accept returns of standard, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery, including standard designs produced after an order is placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@marlowood.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, send the item to Marlowood, 2575 Eldridge Rd, Sugar Land, TX 77478, United States. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refunded, so you get back what you paid for the item itself. The exception is an item that arrived damaged, misprinted or incorrect. In that case we cover the return postage.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email hello@marlowood.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, and you will not be asked to pay return postage.

Non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This exception does not apply to standard, non-personalized designs, even when they are produced after an order is placed. If a personalized item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at hello@marlowood.com.
