Marlowood makes Christmas ornaments for the people who are hard to shop for — the nurse on a night shift, the teacher who kept a kid afloat, the friend whose dog is basically family. We have more than 1,100 designs, sorted by who the gift is for rather than by shape or colour, because that is how people actually shop in December.
Who we are
Marlowood is operated by Marlowood LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, formed in 2026.
We design the ornaments, write every product page, answer every email, and handle every return ourselves. We say this plainly because you deserve to know who is on the other end of an order — a small team, not a call centre.
What we sell
Three materials for seasonal decorating and meaningful gifts. Store your ornaments in a cool, dry place between seasons.
Wood — made from natural plywood in Vietnam or the USA, depending on the item and production batch, then laser cut and UV printed in full colour. Depending on the design, an ornament is built from one layer or two; on two-layer designs the front piece is stacked above its backing, so it throws a real shadow. The artwork is UV printed on the wood surface, not engraved into it. Keep it dry and away from prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve the finish. About 4 inches. Ceramic — glazed ceramic with flat UV-printed artwork, not engraved or made with raised resin. Printed on both faces so the design reads whichever way it turns on the branch. About 2.9 inches. $14.95.
Glass — real glass, round at about 3.15 inches (8 cm) across or heart shaped, printed on one side in full colour with a smooth glossy finish. Every glass ornament is personalised: you type the names, date or message, and we print exactly what you type. $19.99.
Every ornament arrives boxed, with the hanging cord already tied on. No assembly, and no wrapping needed if it is going straight into a parcel.
How orders are handled
Our wood ornaments are made in Vietnam or the USA, depending on the item and production batch. Ceramic and glass ornaments are manufactured in China. Standard ornaments are held in inventory at Amazon fulfillment centers in the United States. Most orders ship from this US-held inventory. If an item is unavailable there, we use a fulfillment workshop in the United States to fulfill the order. Personalized items are prepared with the details you submit before dispatch.
Delivery timing depends on the item, stock availability and destination. In-stock standard ornaments fulfilled from our US inventory, including Amazon fulfillment centers, may arrive in 2-4 business days. Personalized or made-to-order items require preparation before dispatch; please allow approximately 4-10 business days overall. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We will email tracking information when your order ships.
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Please email us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the right address for your item.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of standard, non-personalized items, including standard designs produced after an order is placed. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or simply wrong, email us a photo and we will replace it or refund it — and we cover the return postage. Personalised items can only be returned if they arrive damaged, misprinted or incorrect. The full terms are on our Refund policy page.
