Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We are not able to send orders to addresses outside the US at this time, including PO boxes outside our carrier's range.
How long it takes
Orders are fulfilled from a US fulfillment center and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.
Allow a little time for the order to be picked and packed before that delivery window begins. December is the busiest month of our year, so if an ornament needs to be under a tree on a particular day, order with room to spare.
Every ornament arrives in a ready gift box with the hanging cord already tied on, so it can be handed over exactly as it is.
Returns
You can return an item within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return postage is paid by the buyer. The cost of sending the item back to us is not refunded, and the original shipping charge is not refunded either. You get back what you paid for the item itself.
To start a return, message us through the contact page with your order number and tell us what went wrong. We will reply with the return address and what to do next. Please wait for that reply before posting anything back, so your parcel does not go astray.
Items should come back in the condition they arrived in, with the hanging cord still attached and in the gift box they came in. Hold on to the packaging until you are sure you are keeping it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
This one is on us, not on you. If your ornament arrives damaged, or the wrong design turns up, message us through the contact page with a photo and your order number. We will put it right, and you will not be asked to pay return postage in that case.
